The Shinn Project

Remembering Our Fallen

 shinn1.jpg

The Shinn Project is a group of people from all walks of life including 3 Navy Veterans and an Army Veteran. It includes a Landscape Contractor, Drug Rehab Counselor, Retired Naval Officer and and two Retired Police Officers. Our volunteers also include a Bookeeper, Human Resource Officer, Pharmaceutical  Representative and a Customer Service Representative. Our goal is to keep the POW MIA issue front and center. Part of that goal is to restore a 1964 Chevrolet C-10 Panel truck as a tool to aid in the cause of remembering our servicemen's sacrifices in service to our country, in particular SSgt William C. Shinn USAF and MIA since 28 January 1970.

To honor SSgt Shinn and Jolly Green 71 crew's service, the Project not only raises funds for the Panel Truck but also raises funds to send less fortunate boys to BSA Camp Winton Summer Camp.
